- Avoid excessive sun exposure, including sunburns, for at least 3 days before the procedure and ideally for 2 weeks before.
- If you are taking antibiotics or any other medication that advises against sun exposure, please let us know before your appointment. 4-8h before the procedure, shave the areas where the hair removal will be performed.
- Avoid using alcohol-containing care products.
- Light and vellus hair can be left unshaven.
- Be gentle with the treated area. Do not use abrasive or alcohol-containing products, steam, overheat, or swim in a pool.
- Avoid wetting the treated area for at least 1 day if possible. Take a light shower instead.
- Apply Panthenol cream 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days to soothe the skin.

Certain medications can cause photo-sensitivity to the skin and this may affect the skin's reaction to the treatment. No, unfortunately, we cannot treat over tattoos with our laser. We can treat around the tattooed areas with a gap of 3cm.
